The SIP environment for communication and integration is the most suitable for its flexibility and capacity, and is the standard used mainly by Ciser System solutions. In areas where connection is feasible, traditional wiring is used, although connection via mobile networks (4G/LTE) or Wi-Fi is also possible with Ciser System devices, where only connection is possible wirelessly.

The different formats of physical presentation, facilitate the integration in diverse Projects, since Ciser System, can provide both finished equipment in various formats such as PCB cards/boards, which can be incorporated in other devices or in the same infrastructure of the client or solution integrator.

By using communication protocols and standards, Ciser System solutions can be integrated with other own or third-party solutions, switchboards (PBX), video-surveillance systems, public address systems, access controls, alarm systems, security and control, IoT systems, SmartCities solutions, infrastructure management software applications and ERPs among others.

Additionally they can be monitored and managed from one or more remote centers, using their own web application or through other standard applications (with SMNP, SCADA), or through APIs, also having remote testing and configuration tools facilitating and optimizing maintenance work.

Complete Intercom and IP control system

The Ciser System IP control and intercom solutions for applications on roads, highways, tunnels and others, allow the remote communication and management of the devices, which can have different configurations and formats (equipment or integrated cards). The intercommunication is carried out via SIP through the standard IP PBX (PBX) or through CiserPBX (in the cloud or private network). Remote management and monitoring can be carried out from different points of the network and can be carried out from one or more centers. Integration with third party applications connected to the network is possible.
