AI Intelligent Recording and Audio Analysis

The Ciser system Security Audio Recording System is an IP-SIP audio recording system that allows you to record audio from various sources, such as microphones (standard, hidden, or in detectors), intercoms (e.g., Panphones), ambient sound, or even telephone calls.

One of the system’s key components is the Ciser System security audio recording software (Basic Secure Recording System), which is especially useful in prisons, police stations, courts, etc., as it offers specific features for secure, traceable, and protected recording, automatically or on demand.

There is also the New Advanced Secure Recording System with AI, which adds superior intelligent functionalities to those obtained with the Basic system. The functionalities are as follows:

  • Keyword detection and alert generation
  • Language analysis
  • Voice recognition
  • Pseudonym detection (words substituted to conceal terms)
  • Advanced searches by term or topic
  • Conversation reports
  • Summary reports for testimonies
  • Encryption for storage
  • Strict logging of accesses, searches, playbacks, and exports to guarantee data integrity
  • Management of the complete recording history.
  • Ability to generate audit reports on demand for investigations, external audits, or legal requirements.
Certification and Encryption: In general, for both recording systems (basic or advanced), the recordings include a certification mark of authenticity, and the audio is transmitted in encrypted form to meet the highest legal and security requirements.

Ciser System IP-SIP Audio Recording System Architecture

The system uses the IP-SIP protocol for audio transmission to the recording system, allowing for the configuration of a scalable and flexible infrastructure with the option of wired or wireless (Wi-Fi) connectivity.

Recordings can be accessed remotely from a control or monitoring center connected to the network.

The software can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud, within the client’s infrastructure.

Audio can originate from various audio sources: call rooms, interrogation centers, courtrooms, telephones, intercoms, common rooms, patios, hallways, etc.
